Welcome to our 2-month summer series! Are you ready to elevate your fitness game and get ready for summer? Then this is your place! The upcoming Yoga and Pilates classes will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and feel empowered.
Throughout the series, we'll focus on developing a mindset of strength, beauty, and confidence in all that we do. When you feel strong and confident in your body, you radiate beauty from the inside out. These workouts are designed to challenge you and help achieve your fitness goals, while also nurturing a positive and self-affirming mindset.
But it's not just about workouts here – also nourishing our bodies plays an important role! That's why I'll be sharing some delicious and healthy recipes to keep you fueled and energized throughout this series.
Each week, I'll share a new workout for you to try, along with a schedule to follow if you're looking for some inspiration. Please feel free to mix and match workouts to find what works best for you and always listen to your body.

Week 1
- NEW 20 Min Full Body Pilates Workout
wrist & feet friendly but you'll feel the burn :) - go for a walk or hike (30 min or longer!)
- 20 Min Morning Yoga Workout
- 20 Min Wall Pilates Workout (mat with the long side at the wall)
or 20 Min Full Body Workout for Horse Riders (also great for anyone else!) - 10 Min Gentle Core & Pelvic Floor (Beginner)
or 10 Min Abs & Obliques if you're up for a challenge :)
Week 2
- NEW 15 Min Standing Yoga x Pilates Flow
- go for a walk or hike (30 min or longer!)
- 30 Min INTENTIONS Yoga for Mindful Transformation
- 10 Min Full Body Yoga Pilates Fusion (intermediate)
or 10 Min Morning Pilates (gentle/beginner) - 15 Min Full Body Yoga Pilates Fusion for Balance & Strength
Week 3
- NEW 20 Min Full Body Activation Flow with 2 Yoga Blocks
or 15 Min Express Pilates x Yoga Workout - 40 Min RESILIENCE Yin Yoga
- 5 Min Morning Yoga Stretch
and 8 Min Upper Body Workout (small weights or water bottles) - 20 Min WATER FLOW Yoga x Pilates
- go for a walk or hike (30 min or longer!)
Week 4
- NEW 30 Min Upper Body Pilates Workout
- 10 Min Yin-inspired Yoga for Stress & Anxiety Relief
- 20 Min Full Body Pilates Workout
- 20 Min Yoga for Balance, Flexibility & Strength
- go for a walk or hike (30 min or longer!)
Week 5

Your challenge this week: Do the 10 Min Inner Thigh Workout every other day! Either on it's own or combine it with any other workout, e.g.
