Join me for this 20-minute Wall Pilates workout. We will use the wall to support our exercises and to challenge our bodies in unique ways. We will focus on moving mindfully and connecting to your breath. Your entire body will feel strengthened and lengthened.
As preparation for this class, place the long side of your mat against a wall. Optional: have a blanket within reach to support your head and hips.
