Join me for this moderate to intermediate Pilates Workout with a Mini Ball! This class targets the entire body, working the core, glutes, arms and legs but we'll also take some short breaks in between exercises to stretch and rest :)

We begin with seated stretches, going into core work and a bridge sequence. Then we'll move to table top with push ups and planks and transition to standing for a high lunge sequence with a fun little cardio burst 🔥 before finishing the workout with a standing stretch :)
