Join me for this energizing full body Yoga Workout with a special focus on posture! We begin in child's pose, moving into cat cow, kneeling side plank and gate pose with strengthening exercises and stretches. Using downward dog and forward fold to transition, we'll make our way into the standing sequence with low lunge, warrior 2, side angle, triangle and wild thing. We finish class with dolphin, locust and a beautiful shoulder stretch before taking a moment to rest in savasana.

If you'd like some extra support for your knees and hips, make sure you have a folded blanket or towel nearby. You can place it underneath your knees for the kneeling positions and underneath your hips for the prone positions.
