This prenatal-friendly 20 minute Yoga class offers a full body stretch with some mindfully strengthening moves in between. It's a slower-paced flow to keep the body temperature and heart rate low – great for pregnancy (especially 1st and 2nd trimester, as well as 3rd trimester depending on your individual feeling), warm weather or if you're recovering from a tbi (traumatic brain injury)/concussion.

No mentioning of connecting to the baby/parenthood/etc; only some suggestions of how to modify poses during pregnancy. This class is prenatal-friendly, but it's important to listen to your body and medical professional.

In this class: seated stretches, table top (hips, glutes, arms), child's pose or thunderbolt, optional: downward-facing dog, chair, reverse triangle, side angle, goddess, High Lunge, warrior 3, quad stretch, butterfly, gratitude & moment of stillness.
