Join me for a wrist-friendly Pilates + Mini Ball Session 🫶 We're working through exercises that will fire up your core, inner thighs and glutes but we without exercises such as table top or planks - so there will be no pressure on your hands and wrists. If you don't have a ball, you can still follow along. Since we'll be lying on our sides for a bit, it might be nice to have a folded blanket or towel nearby to place it underneath your hips for support.
