Strengthen your entire body with this 25 Min Yoga Workout (Yoga Sculpt) incorporating 2 small weights (0.5 - 2 kg). We begin with a seated warm up before picking up the weights and moving into a table top series to train our back, core, arms and legs. The flow continues with exercises in downward dog, warrior 2, high lunge, low lunge, side plank and chaturanga – along with holding stretches for a little break. We finish with a bridge sequence and find relaxation with butterfly, spinal twist and savasana.
