This 20 minute Chair Yoga session is great for beginners, or anyone looking to give their wrists and hands a little break. It's all about releasing tension from your entire body (especially from your upper body) – feels really good after a long day at your desk/in the office! Besides that, we're adding in some gentle exercises for balance and yoga poses to stretch your legs and hips.
