We're stretching our lower back, hips and hamstrings to release tension while adding some very gentle strengthening exercises as well so you have a well-rounded class. All poses are close to the mat, and there are no inversions, which makes it a great option if being upside down or having lots of pressure on your hands and wrists doesn't feel good.
