Relieve tension, stress and improve your posture with this 20-minute Yoga slow flow. We begin with seated stretches to tune in and warm up, before moving into a table top and low lunge flow. Then we come into melting heart/puppy pose before transitioning onto the belly for sphinx, a quad stretch, shoulder stretch and locust. We end the class on our back with reclined pigeon, a gentle twist and a soothing savasana.

If you'd like some extra support for your knees and hips, make sure you have a folded blanket or towel nearby. You can use it for the seated stretches, place it underneath your knees for the kneeling positions and underneath your hips for the prone positions.
