Let's practice together! This is be a 30-minute Yogalates session (Yoga Pilates Fusion). I planned the class to be slow-paced but still strong and powerful, challenging your strength and your balance. Specifically, we will strengthen & stretch our entire body: glutes, legs, core, and upper body, but there is also room to release tension and catch a breath between the Pilates-inspired exercises and the Yoga postures.

Feel free to place a chair nearby/practice close to a wall for support during the standing part of this sequence.
