This gentle 8 Min Seated Yoga Stretch is a great option for days that you're feeling low energy, if you've been sick, feeling under the weather, or if you're recovering from a TBI/Concussion/Head injury. We're staying in a seated position the entire time. This short Yoga class is a wonderful choice for your morning or evening practice – or anytime you crave some self-care stretches.

If sitting cross-legged doesn't feel good, you can sit on a block, folded blanket(s)/towel(s) or some books or you can simply sit on your heels.

Keep in mind that every head injury is unique and feels different, but they all take a lot of time and care to recover. So take it at your own pace and listen to your body!
