Hey there, I'm Melanie! Let me share a bit about my yoga journey, which led me to teaching Yoga online.
Back in 2015, I faced a challenging setback after a severe injury which left me starting from scratch at fitness level 0. In the time of recovery, Yoga and Pilates became my saviors. Embracing gentle exercises and regular movement, I allowed myself the time to recover and regain strength. Daily practice with Yoga and Pilates videos not only transformed me physically but also brought profound mental shifts. I learned that even a short, 10 minute practice can make a big difference.
This transformative experience inspired me to become an online yoga teacher which allows me to make Yoga more accessible. I hope you enjoy this retreat, the classes and that it inspires you to commit to a regular practice ♡
