Join me for our Wall Pilates Workout #5 – this time with live audio 😊 In this beginner-friendly 20-minute session, we'll begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken your muscles and get you ready for the class ahead. As we transition into the workout, we'll move through various poses to engage and strengthen different parts of your body. Starting with table top position, we'll focus on working the core and upper body, targeting those often-neglected muscles to enhance your overall posture and strength.

Then, we'll continue with some more core work, bridges and oblique exercises. But don't worry, we've also got some feel-good stretches so you have some breaks in between the exercises and with that, you can leave this class in a good mood, energized and empowered.

As preparation for this class, place the short side of your mat against a wall.
