Whether you've just finished a challenging Wall Pilates Workout or simply seek a quick way to de-stress, this 10 min Wall Yoga class is for you! It's all about gentle and restorative moves, providing instant stress relief and helping you feel energized and ready to tackle whatever comes your way 🫧
We'll flow through cat-cow to warm up and then hold stretches for the upper body as well as reverse pigeon, a gentle spinal twist, and butterfly before we finish our class with the relaxing legs up the wall pose.
Before we dive in, ensure your practice area is set up by placing the short side of your mat against a wall, a door or even a sturdy closet – we won't put a lot of pressure onto our wall support. Wear something cozy and, if you like, have a blanket nearby to place under your glutes, your head, and/or your hips for support.
