This live class takes you from a standing flow to seated stretches. We use the chair as (optional) support during the standing poses and balances before sitting down for some soothing stretches to increase flexibility and to release tension. Feel free to have a Yoga strap (or belt/leash/scarf) nearby for one of the seated stretches. Easy on hands & wrists. Can't wait to flow with you!
