Let's practice together: Join me for a 20 Minute gentle Seated Yoga flow to release tension from your entire body (your shoulders, arms, back, hips, and hamstrings), improve your flexibility and your posture. We'll stay seated the entire time, so this class is a great choice if you want to give your hands and wrists a little break. You won't need any equipment, but feel free to have a (folded) blanket nearby to elevate your seat and be more comfortable.

This calm yoga routine is great for any time of day, goes well as your morning or evening practice and is suitable for all levels (beginner, intermediate).
