Join me for a minimal cues Slow Flow to open your heart, flow, stretch, balance & relax! Very little talking/cueing and with or without music so you can focus on your Yoga practice.

We begin with supine heart openers (fish and butterfly) before transitioning through seated twists to cat cow and child's pose. Downward dog is followed by a low lunge flow and warrior flow that peaks in triangle, (supported) warrior 3 and forward fold. We end this class with a spinal twist and a soothing savasana to find deep relaxation and inner calm.
