If you're holding onto tension in your upper body and hips this Yoga class is for you! With gentle yet deep stretches we're sending some love and care to those tight areas. We begin seated (cross legged), warming up the body and stretching the shoulders, arms and neck. Then we move to seated stretches for the legs and hips (half butterfly, shoelace, seated pigeon, firelog, deer) before closing off the practice on our back with a happy baby variation, spinal twists and savasana.

To feel more comfortable, you can elevate your seat by sitting on a pillow, folded blanket or towel.
