Grab any pillow you have nearby, like from the sofa or your bed (feel free to make this a bed Yoga session if you wish). With gentle postures suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, this session is a perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge.

Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga get easily confused, but there are some key differences between them:

  • Restorative Yoga: Embrace complete relaxation, feeling fully supported by props like pillows, blankets, blocks, and straps. Experience a wave of tranquility that gradually washes over you, making this style very valuable for your well-being.
  • Yin Yoga: Dive into deep stretches, holding poses for extended periods of time. Despite its challenging and intense nature, Yin Yoga actively seeks that deep stretch for a rewarding experience.
