In this 20 minute Chair Yoga class, we'll focus entirely on seated postures, perfect for mobilizing and stretching your entire body from head to toe. Whether you're looking to start your day with a boost of energy, unwind in the evening, or simply take a quick break during your busy day – this practice is a wonderful and effective way of simple self-care. Since it's all seated on a chair, you can practice at home, at your desk, in the office, or anywhere else - we don't need a lot of space for this session and no mat is required!
