Join me for this soothing LIVE Candlelight Yoga slow flow to release tension from your hips, hamstrings and lower back. We’ll flow and stretch, trying to tap into a blissful state of inner calm and relaxation to ease feelings of stress and anxiety.

We’re targeting the hips, lower back and hamstrings through poses such as puppy pose, low lunge, half split, pigeon, and reclined leg stretches. For some, these poses might help to ease sciatic pain but of course, listen to your doctor, your body, and be gentle with yourself.

You don’t need any equipment other than your mat, but feel free to have a blanket nearby and maybe yoga blocks and a yoga strap (or a belt/scarf/dog leash).
