This slow and gentle seated Yoga practice is perfect if you're looking to de-stress, release tension from your entire body (especially from your hips, legs, and hamstrings) and work on your flexibility. Since we'll be staying seated the entire time, it's perfect for those looking to give their hands and wrists a bit of a break – no weight-bearing on hands required. You won't need any equipment, but feel free to have a (folded) blanket nearby for added comfort.
