Nice to meet you! I'm Melanie, your Instructor through these classes. I've been teaching Yoga since 2020, and I'm thrilled to share my experience in Yoga, Pilates, and Horse Riding to help you feel safe and confident in the saddle.

All classes are fit for beginner to intermediate level, but if you're starting, you can follow along and modify as needed.
