This fall-inspired Yin Vinyasa is all about settling into the stillness,  letting go of all that no longer serves you & preparing for a new season or chapter in your life ♡

In today's yin-inspired yoga class, we're beginning with some gentle movements to warm up our body. From there, we're going into some deep hip opening stretches and flowing through vinyasas between poses to release. We're ending in a short savasana, relaxing our muscles and calming the mind.
