This yoga flow engages the entire body, with a special focus on the shoulders and neck.

We’ll start with seated stretches and move into tabletop for variations of cat cow and melting heart pose. From there, we’ll loosen up the ankles and hips in downward dog and tabletop. Next, we’ll transition to standing poses, including a side stretch, standing twist, warrior flow, and stretches in low lunge. The flow continues with a brief side plank, half bow, and a soothing shoulder stretch. We’ll wrap up the session with a gentle neck stretch to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
