This gentle 20-minute Chair Yoga session is a wonderful way to work on your balance and flexibility. It's suitable for all levels and can be helpful if you're recovering from a TBI or if you're just looking for a chill session.
We begin with seated stretches to warm up the upper body and move into the standing sequence with heel lifts, high lunge, a warrior flow, tree pose and a side stretch. We end the class with seated stretches for the lower body.
You don't need any equipment other than your mat and a chair, but feel free to set up a few candles to create a cozy atmosphere. 🕯️
