Candlelight Yoga classes are back! 🤗 Join me for a soothing 25-minute feel good Yoga flow, perfect for reconnecting with your body and breath. This session is all about intuitive, feel-good movement to help you return to your practice with ease and joy. It’s a cozy, low-pressure flow designed for all levels – an invitation to move, breathe, and feel good together.
We flow through seated stretches, table top with cat cow and a balance to warm up the wrists and ankles, downward dog and spinal waves before moving into our standing sequence with forward fold, standing balance, warrior 1, humble warrior, warrior 2 flow, high lunge and low lunge. We finish the class on our back with reclined pigeon, a twist and savasana.
You don't need any equipment other than your mat, but feel free to set up a few candles to create a cozy atmosphere. 🕯️
