Slow down, stretch and release with this short 20 minute Yoga slow flow. Starting with a moment to settle in, we move into gentle seated cat cow and child's pose, transitioning into low lunge to stretch and twist. Release the lower body with butterfly, half butterfly and leg stretches before finishing class on the back with spinal twist and savasana. This class is a wonderful reset at any time of day – mornings, evenings or in between!

If you'd like some extra support for your knees and hips, make sure you have a folded blanket or towel nearby. You can use it for the seated stretches and place it underneath your knees for low lunge and child's pose.
